Well I’m still in California on this
health retreat with my wife… I lost 6 pounds
so far. This is awesome!
That said, I’m looking forward to going home — you have
no idea… Need a vacation from this vacation 🙂
But you know me — OF COURSE I’m still trying
to keep up the guitar practice while I’m here.
I’ve heard more than once: “It’s not how many years you play, it’s how many hours.”
Well if you boil that down even further, its not
how many hours you play, its how many actual
minutes you spend FOCUSING and improving.
That’s why I dig the concept of the “60 second
I think the key for most guys and gals is just
to have your guitar out and accessible, not
stuffed in case that shoved under the bed
or buried in a closet!
So that’s one tip for ya 🙂
If you can grab your guitar a few times a day
and practice for a minute, its way better
than going days without playing.
Plus those 1 minute romps can lead to inspiration
and longer sessions.
