Hi Friend,
I have some shocking news – I am considering
entering the Guitar Idol contest this year.
No I didn’t commit to it yet, but I’m strongly
considering making an entry.
Now, I do have a lot of experience playing and
teaching guitar, but lets be honest here – I won’t win
the Guitar Idol contest.
Why not? Because we are talking about fierce
competition from all across the globe. You have
to be the best of the best.
My friend Silvio made it to the final 12 two years
in a row now.
I would love to see him win!
But I also decided its time for me to throw down
and get in the ring
I have been working on my chops and they are
coming along, but really I think this contest
is also about songwriting.
I will let you know more about it next month.
It is hard for me to find the time with all of
my responsibilities, but this is something
that I find exciting.
So, I’ll let you know as more develops.
