This should be a ii7, V7, I7 progression ( or plain old ii, V, I) rather than IIm7, V7, I7. I know that, among musicians it is assumed that it would be a F sharp minor 7 because of the key, but you can’t always relay on the key when playing some of the standards. Nice lick, by the way!
