Should not the C# be 6s on strings 2, 3, and 4? Actually, the music staff above the tab is also incorrect. It doesn’t change from the F#, B, and D# that is the B chord. When the bass note moves up to C#, fret 4 on string 5, the rest of the chord should move with it making those notes G#, C#, and F.
