Really can’t see what u r doing with ur fingers. Ever heard of a close-up? This is the problem with homemade videos. Make friends with someone who knows how to shoot video and let them tech u how to make good video. No one cares what u look like.

YEAH I NEED SOME HELP HERE WITH MORE VIDS – CLAUDE

I love your e-mails, they nag me to keep on practising which is needed. I now have sore fingers after noodling along to Watermelon in Easter Hay for a couple of hours. How about doing something about Zappa in your blog e.g. his use of the Mixolydian mode in one chord jams. It would give your subscribers a flavour of something unusual, cheers. D.

I can get my fingers to get to the notes I want to sound, but I can’t get my face to do the things yours does as you play through a scale or arpeggio. I’ve been working on it in front of a mirror but just can’t get the eyes, nose and mouth to contort the way you can. Will you ever do a lesson on that face technique??

HA… DONT TRY TO COPY ME, JUST DO YOUR OWN FACIAL EXPRESSIONS :_) – CLAUDE

Thanks for the lesson. I hear the Allman Brothers sound in that arpeggio. I wonder if D. Betts uses something like that in “In Memory of Elizabeth Reed”.
