Hi, guys this is Billy with Guitar Control, I hope you enjoyed this lesson so this is a Jazz blues lick in the key of G and you can play over G7 chord.
We’ll start the lick on the 6th fret of the B-string go to the 2nd fret up to the 8th and then we’re going to go into the 7th fret on the G-string down to the 6th fret then slide down to the 5th and all together that sound and you might want to play with a bit of a swing then with your middle finger you’re going to pick the 8th fret on the B-string then you go back down to the 5th fret on the G-string, I’ll slide down to the 3rd fret altogether.
Next we’re going to plug the 5th fret on the D-string then we’re going to go to the 5th fret on the G- string back to the 5th fret on the D-string all together and then we go to the 3rd fret on the G-string onto the 4th fret and go back to the 5th fret on the D-string pull off to the 3rd fret back to the 5th fret on the A-string pull off to the 3rd fret on the A-string hammer onto the 4th fret then we’re going to skip A-string and go to the G-string on the 3rd fret and then to the 5th fret on the D-string and all together slowly.
I hope you enjoyed it and you found it useful and hopefully you can incorporate what you’ve learned into your own playing. Make sure to subscribe on our You Tube Channel and we’ll see you in our next video lessons, thanks for watching.
