I remember being at summer camp as a kid
When I heard that song “the final countdown”.
Was a big radio hit but also turns out that
Europe was a really great band with several
killer albums.
Today I want to share a lesson with a guitar
riff from one of their other great tunes called
“Cherokee”.
It uses a hybrid between power chords and
Major barre chords. Check it out.
Right now I’m in Pennsylvania visiting my parents
and we’re all getting ready for thanksgiving.
