3 biggies today.
As in, biggie fries from Wendys.
That’s how I lost weight.
haha…gotcha…little april fools joke.
No, seriously, I did lose weight and
that’s one of my 3 biggie announcements.
1. I actually did lose 17 pounds.
When I did the “funk guitar strum chords”
lesson 3 weeks ago, I weighed 190. People
were saying on my blog — Claude, you need
to lose weight!
Guess what — you were right.
So I did. And I just weighed myself at 173.
How did I do it?
Pretty simple really. I just started
eating a lot of oranges and grapefruits.
There’s a little more to it than that
but I won’t bore you with the details.
Maybe another time.
For you skeptics, if you don’t believe me,
check out my latest video — you will see I look noticeably thinner.
Which brings me to my next point…
