Hey guys Claude Johnson here from GuitarControl.com and I want to give you guys some moreKiller Speed Building Exercises For quick Guitar Improvement today. So these are really simple, so just to review you know the first one we did was a single note with alternate picking. So just that up and down on a single note, then we did up and down on a single string and now we’re gonna do this multiple strings.
Speed Building Exercise One
This Killer Speed Building Exercises For quick Guitar Improvement is pretty simple, it’s just 9th fret 10th fret 12 fret of the D string and then one note of the G string. So it’s like six notes and repeat, so down, up, down, up and down. Notice when you go to the G string you’re going past the string and then back up.
Alternative Exercises
Alright now you can also do this Killer Speed Building Exercises For quick Guitar Improvement with your with you’re ring finger so that’d be nine, eleven and twelve. You can also do this one… so that’s nine, eleven and thirteen. All right so there’s a couple different ones now if you really want to get fancy try starting this exercise on an upstroke because then you go up, down and up, your on the inside, you’re not going outside. So when you go outside you might think that it’s more distance, but it’s actually easier to switch direction, it’s harder to switch direction when you’re starting on an upstroke.
