Yesterday was the birthday of a man
that every guitar player should admire.
Do you know the story of Jason Becker?
Hands down, one of the most talented
guitarists EVER…He produced an incredible,
absolutely over-the-top shred album at
the age of 16.
Sadly, a rare disease caused him to
lose the ability to play guitar,
speak, or barely even move.
Yet, today he still can communicate
with computers and he still composes.
Happy birthday Jason!
Speaking of shred, I posted another

if you wanna tear it up… So you can

Yesterday was also the passing of one
of my favorite actors — Dennis Farina.
He’s totally underrated, but you may
have seen him in films such as Get Shorty,
Snatch, or Saving Private Ryan.
RIP Dennis…
Life is crazy, you know?
That’s why I try to never take myself
too seriously…and why I love being
silly and ridiculous whenever it’s appropriate.
(and many times when it isn’t) lol…
