hi Friend,
I’ve known the guitarist “Virtuwul” since 1994.
I’m from Philadelphia and he’s from Canada, and
so it was definitely a strange set of coincidences
that we became friends.
It’s an interesting story…
One that I’ll tell you another day! Today
I’ll tell you a different story:
Several years ago, Virtuwul was playing guitar
in a band called “Dril” that toured across
Canada and they recorded a killer CD.
Some of their fans called it “The Best Rock
Record that Never Went Mainstream.”
I won’t bore you with the details but the
band fell apart as 2 of the members moved
to the other side of the country.
So the CD never went anywhere until now.
I recently listened to this CD and I said…
DUDE.
These are some of the best rock tracks I’ve
heard in years.
I wanted him to show me (and you) how to play
this stuff.
Heck, if you know me by now, you know I’m
ALL ABOUT sharing guitar wisdom with players
from around the world.
However, there is more “wildness” surrounding the
recording of this CD…
