How to Play Heavy Metal Power Chord by Down Picking

Guitar playing and especially
practicing, takes a lot of energy.

I realized that more fully when
I went on that health retreat
2 weeks ago…

My wife and I were taking a few
days just to fast, heal, and clense…

Well, when you’re not eating, you
have a lot less energy.

But although I was able to get online
and do a little work, no problem,
it was REALLY challenging to practice.

It made me realize just how much
energy it does take.

So, keep this in mind, I’ll have
some “energy tips” in a future email.
