Introduction
Yo, Claude Johnson here with GuitarControl.com and I’m going to bring you a little mini lesson today on a blues turn around. So you may already know this one if you’re a little bit experienced and if you’re a beginner you’ll be able to learn and it sounds like this…
Blues Turnaround
So you may have heard that before, that’s great, so in the context of a blues shuffle… this is in the key of E… here’s the turnaround… So E7… A7… and then I just hit my E chord and then I do this… So this little move here I’m on the B string, a little slide up from the second fret to the 3rd fret and what I’m doing here is I’m picking the B string with my pick and then plucking the high E string with my middle finger. So I slide and pluck back to the 3rd fret of the high string again and again to the first fret and hit that B string, just let it ring, and then open first and second once again.
