hey Friend,
Was reading an interesting article
about happiness and the brain.
These scientists actually did some
scientific tests (including brain scans lol)
and proved what people have been saying for years…
Get enough sleep and exercise, spend
time outside, help others, smile,
meditate, spend time with friends
and family, and have an attitude
of gratitude.
They also suggested to have a short
commute to work.
Now, I don’t have scientific studies
or brain scans, but I think another
huge one is having some kind of personal
practice.
It doesn’t have to be guitar. It could
be yoga or whatever… But it can be
a very rewarding and centering thing.
Obviously, I’m partial to guitar.
On that note, have you grabbed your copy
of Ultimate Acoustic Blues yet?
Actually, now that I think about it,
I remember hearing about how learning
a new language or learning an instrument
are the two things that are proven to
offset dimentia and alzheimers when
we get older.
Are you reelin in the years? I feel
like I am… I’ll be hitting 40 in
Januaray…incredible. Yes, we are
thinking about growing our family unit
soon too …dont worry i’ll let you know.
Thanks for readin…have a great weekend,
try to hop on that axe and learn some
new stuff…
Again, please check out Jimmy’s course:
