Basic Guitar Chords You Need To Know

Yo, wassup! CMC here, peeps! What’s the word? Word is: GUITAR LESSON FOR BEGINNERS!

We’ve been talking about this in previous articles and you may or may not have read them. So, bear with me and us- music is all about repetition, right? Practice (and repeating) makes perfect. We here at Guitar Control.com are here to make you the best possible guitarist you can be, so let’s take a jolt of another mini-Espresso guitar journey into all things guitar goodness! Don’t worry, it’s brief, it’s painless and won’t take too much time. I’m just here to inspire you and point you in the right direction.

As I’ve said in previous articles, taking lessons is a must if you really want to get good and not take a lifetime learning! Why do something and not do it well, do it right? With a good teacher, with good teachers (like the ones they have right here) you’ll be shredding in no time!

Of course, it all depends on what you put in to it. If you only take one lesson, for an hour a month-don’t expect much. But if you find the time and the will to practice daily, you’ll see rapid progress. Your friends and family will be amazed and you’ll get the girl (or boy) so let’s get to it!

First of all, I’d figure out where, exactly you are going on this guitar journey. What’s it all about for you? Once you know that, your decision making will come easily. You’ll know if you want to invest a lot of time and money or just dabble in it. Either way is cool but I can’t tell you how rewarding it is to be able to shred.

I’m only a minor league shredder-nothing like the pros here but it’s impossible to describe the pleasure and sense of accomplishment that comes from playing guitar well. So, just do it- dive in, make the commitment. Look around here. If you have a friend who plays, ask for some tips. Put it all together. Find your groove, your unique style. At first you will only be copying others. But gradually, you will find
your own voice. So rock on and see you next time, right here at Guitar Control.com!

A good place to start is by just learning some of the basic chords that you will need no matter what style you pursue on the guitar.
